It all started with a simple love: for coffee. In 2014, Fabiola La Grotta transformed this passion into a concrete project, founding Caffè Fadi: an artisanal coffee roastery born in Puglia, in the heart of the Mediterranean region, to create the coffee of the Mediterranean.

Every Fadi blend originates from a rigorous selection of raw materials, sourced from the best growing regions worldwide (Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, Indonesia, Ethiopia, and Costa Rica). An artisanal process, which follows specific times and methods for each batch, transforms this choice into a consistent result: the same quality, in every cup.
