Refund and Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 2006/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer who makes purchases via distance contracts can exercise the right of withdrawal or reconsideration without having to provide reasons and without any penalty, by returning the goods within 14 days of the date of receipt of the same and after sending the return form filled out in all its parts by email to the seller or by sending a declaration of intent to the Seller by email, to wish to make use of the right of withdrawal containing reference to the products purchased and the order number for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.

Products purchased from Caffè Fadi can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. During this period, you can try the product and examine it just as you would in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and without any kind of damage. You can take the product out of the box, unless the packaging is sealed.
If you decide to return the product, you must let us know by filling out the return form on our website or using the withdrawal form below.

You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to: amministrazione@caffefadi.it. Please note that you must send the products back within 14 days of informing us.

Return Process

Once we receive your refund and return form, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made at the time of purchase, unless you prefer another method. The refund will be processed as soon as possible.
According to the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are paid by the customer; the costs of sending the goods to the customer are not refunded, since the service was regularly provided.

Non-returnable products

The following types of products cannot be returned: Products that cannot be returned if opened due to hygiene reasons e.g.: Opened bag of coffee beans, open can or bag of ground coffee, open single pod pack

Defects of conformity

In case of lack of conformity of the Products sold, the Customer must immediately contact the seller at the email address: amministrazione@caffefadi.it
The legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, free of charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to an appropriate reduction in price or to the termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within one month from the date on which he discovered the defect. The action aimed at asserting defects not fraudulently concealed by the seller expires, in any case, within twenty-four months from delivery of the goods.

Errors

The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
The seller reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
