Caffè Fadi Artisan Roastery:

Caffè Fadi is an artisan coffee roastery founded in 2014 in Francavilla Fontana, in the province of Brindisi, in the heart of Puglia, near Taranto and Lecce. Established by lawyer Fabiola La Grotta, the company aims to bring the authentic taste of artisan coffee made in Puglia to the world. Thanks to the selection of fine beans from excellent plantations in different parts of the world, Caffè Fadi creates unique blends through a roasting process that combines tradition and innovation. Quality and sustainability are fundamental values of the roastery, which produces coffee in beans, ground coffee, and pods, deliberately avoiding capsules to reduce environmental impact. In 2024, for its tenth anniversary, Caffè Fadi obtained ISO 9001 certification, strengthening its position of excellence in the artisan coffee roasting sector. With strong ties to Puglia and the cities of Brindisi, Taranto, and Lecce, the company continues to enhance the tradition of artisan coffee.
